Zero Tolerance

Any form of violence against anyone in the practice is unacceptable. Staff do not come to work to be victims of violence. Violence means any incident where staff are threatened, verbally abused or assaulted. Aggressive behaviour, verbal or otherwise, does not go with the job and will not be tolerated.

Suggestions & Complaints

We run an in-house complaints system. If at any time you wish to make a comment or complaint concerning the standard of service you have received from anyone connected with the practice, we would ask that, in the first instance, you contact the practice manager. On the other hand, if you have experienced instances of good practice by the members of the team, we would also like to know about these!

Freedom Of Information - Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the 'classes of information the practice intends to routinely make available.

This scheme is available from reception.
